- Hello! This is my account, for family and friends, of my life studying abroad in East Africa for four months with the GoED program of Food for the Hungry. I'm traveling with twelve other students and taking courses on African Traditional Religion, Post-Colonial African Literature, Issues of Peacebuilding, and Social Context for Development, as well as completing a Practicum in Cross-Cultural Studies.

Still can't believe that hippo can travel at 30 mph! I'm not sure how those reflective vests are supposed to protect against that! Awsome photos though, glad you're back to the zone of internet access :-) take care..any plans for a halloween costume?
