I'm traveling with twelve other students and taking courses on African Traditional Religion, Post-Colonial African Literature, Issues of Peacebuilding, and Social Context for Development, as well as completing a Practicum in Cross-Cultural Studies.

Hi Liz! Good to see you made it to Rwanda. In the New York Times this morning I'm reading about a truce in Goma, Congo that's holding on by a hair this week, with suspicions mounting about Rwandan involvement on the part of a rebel general sympathetic to the Tutsis. Let us know how the security climate feels there! Really lovely photos you've been posting. Stay safe.
